Distance Learning Counseling Guidelines

  • Support classroom teachers as needed.
  • Serve as support for students and families.
  • Counselors will be available to connect with students via email and Microsoft Teams.
  • A Microsoft Teams connection can be set up by emailing the counselor to ask for a meeting.
  • The counselor will work with your child to find a meeting time on Microsoft Teams.
  • If your child is in need of further support, our division counselors will provide resources and/or referrals to therapists who are currently conducting tele-mental health.
  • The counselor will make herself available via email to answer questions as needed during the school day.
